All payments made to YS Academy are considered final.

As a general rule:

  • Course fees are non-refundable
  • Fees cannot be transferred to another person or course
  • Once enrolled, cancellation does not guarantee a refund

  • Duplicate payment made by the user
  • Payment processed but enrollment not confirmed
  • Technical errors resulting in incorrect charges

  • Change of mind after enrollment
  • Lack of time or inability to attend classes
  • Dissatisfaction after course access has been granted
  • Failure to attend sessions or complete the course
  • Partial usage of course or services

4. Course Access and Usage

Once:

  • Course materials are shared, or
  • Access to training (online/offline) is provided

the service is considered delivered, and no refund will be applicable.

5. Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

You must:

  • Send a request via email to team@ysinnovations.com
  • Include payment details and reason for the request
  • Submit the request within 3 days of payment

Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

6. Refund Approval

  • Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Approval is at the sole discretion of YS Academy
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any request

7. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • The amount will be credited via the original payment method

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

In certain cases, approved refunds may be subject to deductions, including:

  • Payment gateway charges
  • Administrative fees
