OUR STORY
We Didn't Start a Training Company. We Opened Our Office to Teach.
YS Academy was born out of a real frustration. As a software company, every time we tried to hire fresh graduates, we faced the same problem — candidates with degrees but no real skills. They didn’t know how real projects work, how to write clean code, or how to adapt to a live development environment.So instead of complaining about it, we decided to fix it ourselves.
We are YS Innovations — a 10-member software team based in Coimbatore, actively building real-world SaaS products, web applications, and client projects every single day. We started YS Academy so that freshers could learn directly from us — not from slideshows, but from real experience.
